Last updated: 15 October 2026

Welcome to BusinessDX.

These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you create an account, use BusinessDX analyses and tools, connect third-party services or purchase a paid subscription.

By creating an account or using BusinessDX, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use BusinessDX.

1. About BusinessDX

BusinessDX is a business diagnostics platform designed to help businesses understand and improve aspects of their digital presence and operations.

Depending on the features available under your plan, BusinessDX may provide analysis relating to areas such as:

  • website performance and structure;
  • domain and DNS health;
  • email deliverability;
  • Google Business Profile;
  • search visibility;
  • brand consistency;
  • competitor benchmarking;
  • reviews and online reputation;
  • social media presence;
  • AI visibility and mentions;
  • business performance indicators;
  • recommended actions and improvement plans.

BusinessDX is intended primarily for business and professional use.

The Service provides analysis, information and recommendations. It does not guarantee any particular commercial, financial, marketing, search-ranking or business result.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in order to use the Service.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account;
  • all activity performed through your account;
  • ensuring that you have permission to connect any business, website, social account or third-party service to BusinessDX;
  • promptly notifying BusinessDX if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may be able to register or sign in using a third-party authentication provider such as Google. Your use of that provider is also subject to its applicable terms and policies.

3. Business information and connected services

To perform analyses, BusinessDX may request information such as:

  • business name;
  • website or domain;
  • business location;
  • target market;
  • search market;
  • competitors;
  • social media profiles;
  • Google Business Profile;
  • other information required for a selected diagnostic module.

You confirm that you have the right to provide this information and, where applicable, the authority to connect third-party accounts or services.

Some BusinessDX features rely on third-party APIs, databases, search engines, social networks, artificial intelligence services or other external providers.

The availability, completeness and accuracy of information obtained from those services may depend on the relevant provider and may change without notice.

4. Analyses, reports and recommendations

BusinessDX uses automated systems, data sources and, for some functionality, artificial intelligence technologies to generate analyses, reports, scores, comparisons, recommendations and suggested actions.

These outputs are intended to support business decision-making but should not be regarded as guaranteed, complete or error-free.

Results may be affected by factors including:

  • incomplete or outdated external data;
  • third-party API availability;
  • changes in search engines and social platforms;
  • changes to your website or business profiles;
  • geographic or language differences;
  • external data-provider limitations;
  • automated or AI-generated interpretation.

You remain responsible for evaluating whether a recommendation is appropriate before acting on it.

BusinessDX does not provide legal, accounting, tax, investment or other regulated professional advice.

5. Free and paid plans

BusinessDX may offer free and paid plans.

The features, usage limits, analysis limits, credits and other benefits included in each plan are displayed on the Pricing page or during checkout.

BusinessDX may modify the features available within a plan from time to time.

Where a material change significantly affects an active paid subscription, reasonable notice may be provided where required.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

BusinessDX does not directly store complete payment-card details.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, paid subscriptions automatically renew according to the billing period selected when you subscribe.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorise the applicable subscription fee to be charged at each renewal until you cancel the subscription.

Prices displayed during checkout are the applicable prices at the time of purchase.

Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through the available account or billing settings.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

After cancellation:

  • you retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period already paid for;
  • the subscription will not renew for another billing period;
  • your account may automatically revert to the available free plan.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your BusinessDX account.

8. Refunds and withdrawal rights

Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, experienced duplicate billing or encountered another billing error, contact info@business-dx.com.

Where you use BusinessDX as a consumer and mandatory consumer-protection laws apply, nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal.

Where permitted by law and where you expressly request or consent to the immediate commencement of a digital service during an applicable withdrawal period, the legal consequences of that request or consent will apply in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law.

9. Pricing changes

BusinessDX may change subscription pricing for future billing periods.

Where a pricing change affects an existing recurring subscription, notice will be provided before the new price takes effect where required by applicable law.

You may cancel your subscription before the new price becomes applicable.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use BusinessDX to:

  • violate applicable laws or regulations;
  • gain unauthorised access to information, accounts or systems;

14. Service availability

BusinessDX aims to keep the Service reliable and available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service may be updated, maintained, modified or temporarily restricted for technical, security or operational reasons.

Functionality may also be changed or removed where it is no longer practical, supported or commercially reasonable to maintain.

16. Limitation of liability
